A shoe charity giving shoes to those in need

Established in 2004, Soles4Souls has coordinated shoe relief efforts for the Asian Tsunami and Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. While their primary focus is disaster relief, Soles4Souls has provided needed footwear nationally to victims of domestic violence, to summer camps for abused and neglected children, and to Indian reservations, homeless shelters, etc. Global efforts include donations to orphanages and to villagers who sort through landfills or trek for water to fulfill their basis daily needs.

The mOUnTaiNBACK will collect your "gently used" running and any other shoes at each of our 2009 events. There is no cost to you, but any donations we receive will help pay for shipping the shoes.

October 3 - 10th Tussey mOUnTaiNBACK 50 Mile Relay and Ultramarathon
